    I have to say this is the best RMS I've been to. I have been there about 20 times and the staff are always great and helpful sorting out problems. I had a problem transferring and registering a boat that had a duplicate HIN. It was a Saturday and couldn't be sorted on the spot but the staff kept their word and Monday morning I got a call to say it was sorted. Didn't have the wait the second time as I just needed to sign and collect paperwork.
    Very happy this is my local Services office.

    This branch should be shut down and reopened back at an old branch with competent people in customer service. If you're going in to Gregory hills snsw, be prepared for rude and incompetent staff, branch should take a good look at itself.

    Experienced the worst customer service here! I went & got my full license after being on my green p’s. There was a slight miscommunication on the day as I had previously confirmed over the phone that I wouldn’t have to do the test as it was after the cut off date & I also wouldn’t have to renew my provisional licence as I was clearly getting my full licence. The lady at the counter was extremely rude to me & it was clear she didn’t like her job as she never smiled at me once & snapped at me when I mentioned that I had confirmed these details over the phone with a RMS representative. The lady at the counter made me feel extremely uncomfortable due to her manner & she explained that although I didn’t have to take a test I did have to pay to renew my licence.. which I was onboard with but she was so abrupt & rude when she was explaining. I also briefly took a phone call as my boss called whilst I was waiting & she gave me the filthiest look. I wish I reviewed her on the iPads on the day as I was truly taken aback that a middle aged woman would treat a young 20 year old the way she did when I was nothing but courteous & polite to her. The RMS should really ensure their staff are well versed in customer service training as there are some wonderful people who work at Gregory hills RMS, but all staff should be consistent in how they treat customers. This was truly a horrible experience, such a shame when it was supposed to be an exciting day of getting my full licence..
