  I'm sorry to have to leave this bad review but I've exhausted all other options.
  
  Let me start by saying that the meat here is really good. I ordered a couple of times, then planned to make a weekly delivery.
  But on the first weekly delivery, the owner came at 5am, texted our mobile phone once (I have the records) and when he didn't get an immediate answer he left. He didn't try to call, he didn't buzz the intercom, he didn't call the landline (I gave them all my details).
  And.... worst of all... he then just LEFT THE BOX OF MEAT ON THE STREET.
  I still can't believe he did that.
  Of course, I never saw it, this is the inner city!
  
  I tried all day to find out where my meat was to no avail. And then, he refused to refund the $150. Apparently if you miss a text at 5am it's perfectly reasonable to leave meat on the street for the dogs to get at, and charge $150 for the experience.
  
  I have tried every possible avenue to resolve this, but they have been rude, unfriendly, never return calls or emails when they promise they will...
  Last Christmas they sent my delivery two days late, which ruined the dinner party I was planning. Without any communication with me about it at all, and no apology.
  
  As I said, it is good meat, but the delivery is absolutely appalling, and so is the customer service... if you could call it that.
  
  I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I went through so much to try to sort this problem out reasonable and without hostility, and met an absolute stone wall from their end.
  
  I really recommend you get your meat elsewhere.
